Chef Max brings over 30 years of experience to every table, blending classic culinary craftsmanship with a warm, coastal touch. Known throughout the Emerald Coast for his memorable beach bonfire and wedding catering, he also proudly serves as the chef for Destiny Worship Center’s café, where his food brings people together week after week.

After studying culinary arts at the Art Institute of Atlanta in Buckhead, Max honed his skills in some of the region’s most respected kitchens, including Houston’s Restaurants, Eatzis Market & Bakery, Seagar’s, Vin’Tij Wine Boutique, and Mitchell’s Fish Market. For more than 15 years, he has been a trusted name along the beaches of South Walton, creating meals that turn special moments into lasting memories. Max looks forward to continuing this tradition of great food and genuine hospitality for many years to come.
